Meet Chris Howlett.

Chris epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work!   Chris firmly believes, “no one cares what you know until they know how much you really care”.    He employs obsessive detail in every aspect of your real estate transaction.   Chris grew up on the eastside and has lived here most of his life.   He has worked as a home builder, real estate investor, developer and broker.  Chris specializes in the sales of new and existing single family homes, condominiums and townhomes throughout King County’s eastside, including many of its most desirable neighborhoods.  

Much of Chris’s 30 year career was actually spent as an executive within the healthcare industry.   Chris began his early career in sales, eventually working his way up to numerous senior and executive level sales and operations positions with several multibillion dollar healthcare companies.  Chris’s desire to help others, combined with his passion and interest in real estate as an investor, is what eventually led him to choosing to work with others as a real estate broker today.
